Cunningham Security is hiring a Warehouse & Parts Coordinator to support daily production operations from our Falmouth office. This role is critical to keeping our technicians and production team moving by ensuring the right parts are organized, staged, and ready for scheduled installations and service jobs.

What You’ll Do

• Review work orders and job folders to pull and stage the correct parts for upcoming jobs

• Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring parts are checked in and stored properly

• Maintain an organized parts inventory and warehouse workspace

• Provide parts and materials to technicians for scheduled installations and service calls

• Deliver parts to job sites when needed to support field technicians

• Accept, inspect, and restock returned parts from technicians

• Assist with basic fleet coordination tasks as needed

• Work closely with the Production team to ensure daily operations stay on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Highly detail-oriented and organized

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and comfortable working in a warehouse and production setting

• Willingness to learn security system components and parts

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds

• Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment

• Ability to use a computer for order and inventory tracking
