We are currently seeking a Fire & Security Systems Inspection Technician to join our growing field service team. In this role, you’ll perform inspections and routine maintenance on alarm and life safety systems, helping ensure customers remain compliant with safety standards and regulations.

As an Inspection Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring alarm and life safety systems are functioning properly and meeting regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform routine inspections and testing of alarm and life safety systems, including sensors, motion detectors, and smoke detectors
Replace and service system batteries and other basic components
Document inspection results, service notes, and compliance records accurately
Use industry software platforms such as Sedona and BuildingReports to complete digital reports
Identify potential issues and perform basic troubleshooting as trained
Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while on job sites
Communicate clearly with customers and internal service teams
High School Diploma or GED required
NICET or IPSI certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection procedures
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field while staying organized
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
