What You’ll Do

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers who rely on our security systems every day. You’ll assist with inquiries, help troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers receive timely and helpful support.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering and managing a high volume of incoming customer calls

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Assisting customers with basic alarm system troubleshooting

• Reviewing daily alarm activity and system reports

• Documenting interactions and updates in internal systems

• Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved

• Providing a friendly, professional experience during every interaction

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people solve problems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior customer service experience required (call center experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems

• Experience with CRM platforms is helpful but not required
