Cunningham Security is hiring a Customer Care Coordinator to assist residential and commercial customers with questions about their alarm and security systems.

In this role, you’ll answer calls, provide basic troubleshooting assistance, and follow through on customer concerns. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized during busy periods, and enjoys helping people find solutions.

What you’ll do

• Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls.

• Respond to questions and requests by phone and email.

• Walk customers through basic alarm system troubleshooting.

• Review daily alarm activity and system reports.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.

• Follow up on open concerns to help ensure timely resolution.

• Deliver courteous, professional service with each interaction.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience.

• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries.

• Attention to detail and dependable follow-through.

• Comfort working in Microsoft Office and learning new software.

Helpful experience: Call center work or familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Neither is required.
