Cunningham Security is looking for a Service Scheduling Coordinator to organize technician appointments and support daily service operations.

You’ll connect customers with our field team, plan efficient schedules, and adjust appointments as priorities change. If you enjoy coordinating details, communicating with people, and keeping a busy day on track, this position offers an opportunity to put those strengths to work.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Schedule service visits and confirm appointment details with customers.

• Use mapping tools and scheduling software to organize efficient technician routes.

• Monitor the daily service ticket queue and prioritize requests.

• Escalate service concerns when additional attention is needed.

• Coordinate with technicians and the production department to keep schedules current.

• Adapt to scheduling changes while keeping customers and internal teams informed.

• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous customer service experience; phone-based support experience is helpful.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage several priorities and respond to changing service needs.

• Clear communication and a practical approach to resolving problems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our CRM system.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

This is an office-based position in Wiscasset, Maine. Daily work includes extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
